Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Appointment Policy Appointment Times We will always endeavour to attend within your selected appointment time. However, all appointment times are estimates and are subject to change due to the nature of the work we carry out. Emergency call-outs, including gas leaks, safety-critical faults and other unforeseen circumstances, may occasionally require us to reschedule appointments at short notice. Should this happen, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to arrange an alternative appointment or provide an updated estimated arrival time. Cancellations If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation charge to cover time, travel and resources allocated to your booking. Any cancellation charge will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the notice provided and any costs already incurred. Access Please ensure that safe and reasonable access to the property is available at the agreed appointment time. If our engineer is unable to gain access, or the appointment cannot proceed for reasons beyond our control, this may be treated as a late cancellation and a cancellation charge may apply. Delays Beyond Our Control Whilst we make every effort to arrive within the agreed appointment window, we cannot accept liability for delays caused by emergency call-outs, severe traffic, adverse weather, supplier delays or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
