Are all of your engineers properly trained?

Accepted Answer

All of our engineers go through a rigorous training programme and are always updating their skills and knowledge and completing new courses to stay on top of the job.

Can you give me a gas certificate?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we absolutely can attend to your site to give you a yearly gas inspection and gas certificate, if you need any work to comply we will update you and provide you with a report so it is clear what you need to do (if anything).

Do you carry parts on the van?

We do carry parts on the van, although we can't promise we will have exactly what your appliance will need if it needs new parts, there are thousands of parts for thousands of appliances and it would be impossible for us to keep stock of everything. But rest assured our parts suppliers are on hand and quick to get parts to us that are in stock.

How do you charge?

We work in different ways depending on requirements and what clients need. We are happy to work on a call out and hourly basis and we also provide quotes & service plans which are tailored to the kitchen.

How do I log a call out with you?

The best way is to give us a call or email if you have questions alternatively you can book online and choose your preferred date and time (please bare in mind this is subjec to change).
