Commercial Catering Equipment Installation

Commercial catering equipment installation for gas and electric kitchen appliances, including positioning, connection, testing and commissioning.

We Are Ready To Help You

Commercial catering equipment installation needs to account for more than physically placing the appliance in the kitchen. The equipment must suit the available services, manufacturer clearances and operating environment, and the final connections and commissioning need to be appropriate to the appliance type. For related support, see Commercial Catering Equipment Installers.

Before ordering a replacement appliance

Check the available power, gas, water, drainage, dimensions and ventilation requirements. A replacement that looks similar can still have different connection loads, clearances or service requirements. Related support is available through Commercial Catering Equipment Commissioning.

Installation and ongoing support

Once installed, commercial equipment should be operated and maintained in line with manufacturer guidance. Catering RS can also provide repairs and planned servicing after installation. For fault-specific information, see Combi oven water inlet fault.
